Duties & Responsibilities
We are looking for young & talented engineers/scientists with Biotechnology, Biochemistry background to join the Bioprocess Technology Division at JuiceInnov8.
- Work with Bioprocess Technology team to optimize sugar reduction process
- Select and testing new candidate strains from our library and identify the optimal conditions of both cells production and sugar reduction
- Collaborate with Engineering & Process Design team for a pilot to commercial scale production development
Required Knowledge:
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Bio/Chemical Engineering, Bioprocessing, Fermentation Technology Bioprocessing or relating fields
- 0-3 Years Working Experience (Fresh grads are welcome)
- Minimum undergrad GPA is 2.75 or equivalent
- Passionate in hands-on laboratory works & intense research and product development
- Understanding of metabolic and growth pathways of yeasts/bacteria
- Research or industry experiences with microbial strains fermentation, running bioreactor & downstream processing will be a plus
- Hands-on experiences isolating & characterizing molecules using GC, GC/MS or/and HPLC is a plus
